Buckhead2Bankhead, LLC is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Our return policy covers misprinted, damaged, or defective items and is designed to be straightforward and customer-friendly.
Claims for Misprinted/Damaged/Defective Items
Claims for products that are misprinted, damaged, or defective must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. We ask that you submit a problem report with any relevant details and photographic evidence of the issue.
Lost Packages
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Return Address
The return address is set to Buckhead2Bankhead, LLC’s facility. When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days. Please note that if a different return address is used, you will be liable for any returned shipments you receive.
Wrong Address
If an incorrect address is provided by you or your end customer and the shipment is returned to our facility, you will be responsible for the reshipment costs once an updated address is confirmed.
Unclaimed Shipments
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility. In such cases, you will be liable for the cost of reshipment to yourself or your end customer.
Returned by Customer
We advise that your end customers contact you before returning any products. Except for customers residing in Brazil, we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Returns for products, including size exchanges, are at your expense and discretion. For customers in Brazil regretting a purchase, the item must be returned in compliance with local regulations.
Exceptions
Buckhead2Bankhead, LLC does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. These items will not be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.
EU Consumer Notification
According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized and sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren’t suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
Governing Language
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
